OPPO Photography Contest 2026

Overview: OPPO Bangladesh invites mobile photographers to capture the world through their lenses. Whether you are an OPPO user or a mobile photography enthusiast using another device, showcase your creativity across our five unique themes.

1. Eligibility

  • The contest is open to all legal residents of Bangladesh.
  • Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Photos must be taken using a Mobile Phone. Images taken with DSLRs, Mirrorless cameras, or Action cameras are strictly prohibited.

2. Contest Categories

Participants must select the appropriate category based on the device used to capture the image:

  1. OPPO Category: Strictly for images captured using an OPPO smartphone.
  2. General Category: Open for images captured using any other mobile brand.
 

3. Competition Themes

Submissions must fit into one of the following five themes:

  • Portrait: Focus on candid human emotions, joy, and celebration. Tip: Use the telephoto lens feature if available.
  • Nature/Wildlife: Landscape details, birds, or macro-style nature shots. Tip: Demonstrate zoom clarity and detail.
  • Street/Architecture: City life, geometric architecture patterns, and traffic movement.
  • Low Light: Night cityscapes, silhouettes, or indoor low-light portraits.
  • Heritage/Culture: Historical heritage sites, cultural ethnicity, and traditional festivities.
 

4. Photo Submission Requirements (Strict Adherence Required)

To avoid disqualification, please adhere to the following technical rules:

A. Watermark Policy

  • For OPPO Category: You MUST enable the “Shot on OPPO” watermark in your camera settings before taking the photo. Photos without the specific OPPO watermark will be disqualified from this category.
  • For General Category: You MUST NOT have any watermark on the photo. Images with device watermarks, personal signatures, or date stamps will be rejected.

B. Quantity Limit

  • Each participant may submit a maximum of 5 photos in total throughout the contest period. Choose your best shots wisely!
 

C. Editing & Originality

  • Basic post-processing (brightness, contrast, cropping) is allowed using mobile apps.
  • Heavy manipulation, AI-generated imagery, or removing/adding objects to the scene is prohibited.
  • The photo must be the original work of the participant. Plagiarism will lead to an immediate ban.
 

5. How to Enter

  1. Visit the dedicated micro-site: [Insert Micro-site Link Here].
  2. Register/Login using your mobile number or email.
  3. Select your Category and Theme.
  4. Upload your photo (High-quality JPEG/PNG format recommended).
  5. Add a short caption describing the story behind your photo.
 

6. Bonus: Social Media Advantage

While submission is via the micro-site, sharing your entry on social media increases your visibility!

  • How to do it: Share your submitted photo on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok.
  • Hashtags: Use #OPPOPhotographyContest2026 #OPPOBangladesh and #[YourCategory] (e.g., #OPPOCategory).
  • Impact: Entries with high social engagement and sharing activity will be given special consideration during the shortlist phase.
 

7. Judging & Rights

  • Copyright: The participant retains the copyright to their photos.
  • Usage Rights: By submitting, participants grant OPPO Bangladesh a royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the images for marketing and promotional purposes related to the contest.
  • Disqualification: OPPO Bangladesh reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these rules or contains offensive/inappropriate content.
